1) Customs Duties & other levies?
All deliveries are F.O.R. Mumbai, India. However, all customs & import duties are to be borne by the customer in the country of import.
If there are special import procedures & additional documents required at the country of import, the customer has to inform Japsin Instrumentation in advance, before the shipment. We will try to accommodate special requests for additional documentation, if any, but at its sole discretion & if any additional charges are incurred in the process, the same are borne by the importer.
2) What is Bulk?
Any item in quantity above 10 Nos. or order value above US $2,000.00 is considered a bulk order.
3) Bulk Order Terms?
For orders considered bulk orders, the delivery schedule may vary & we recommend prior consultation with the Japsin Instrumentation sales team to ensure delivery lead times.
4) Back Order Terms?
For Back Orders, the delivery lead time will be updated within 4-7 working days, excluding Saturday & Sunday, by return mail from Japsin InstrumentationSales Team.
All back orders will be shipped as per the delivery schedule updated to the buyer on receiving the order. No cancellation of back-orders is accepted
5) Courier Charges?
For India, Courier charges/shipping costs are fixed on the purchase of our products. However, for deliveries outside India, the shipping cost is charged extra on the product ordered. This will be on actuals which is applicable according to our courier partner rates i.e. Aramex/Standard Courier.
6) Warranty/Repair/Replacement Policy?
Japsin Instrumentation warrants its products against defects in materials for 1 year after the date of purchase. During this period, JapsinInstrumentation will repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to the customer. The customer must send the defective product or part to Japsin Instrumentation. The customer must pay for all transportation and insurance charges(To and from) for sending the unit to be repaired from anywhere in the world.
The above warranty is subject to the following conditions:
Customers must notify Japsin Instrumentation within 15 days of discovering the defective product or part and provide a description of the defect and complete information about the manner of its discovery.
All warranty servicing of this product must be performed by Japsin Instrumentation or an authorized servicing agent.
Warranty extends only to defects in materials as limited above. Warranty does not extend to any product or part that has been lost or discarded by the customer; to damage to products or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, or use in violation of instructions furnished with the product; to units that have been altered or modified without authorization of Japsin Instrumentation to damage to products or parts thereof that have had the serial number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible; or to any failure of the product to function caused by burglary, fire, flood, war, riot, civil commotion, Acts of God, or any other condition beyond the control of Japsin Instrumentation.
